Who needs a Gb. Plus its a 8 dollar rebate from Viking and free shipping from Amazon. Thanks for the product Amazon.
Good Choice
Viking being a good brand (Made in Japan-by Toshiba) for memory cards I ordered two memory cards. I mainly wanted it for my palm and I thought I'll keep a spare one to use in some other equipment. Of course before placing the order I had done my homework by finding out how the guys who had purchased it before me felt about it. I was satisfied with what I discovered about the product. I also figured that it was a good deal compared to the rate the local retailers were offering. Out went my order to amazon.com.
The delivery was quick and I've been using it continuously since last couple of months. I must say that it is just perfect for my Palm. The loads of pictures stored in the card can be transferred in a jiffy to my computer, the speed being much better than my previous flash card. My brother tried the spare card in his Kodak camera and was thrilled that it worked well with it. That made me experiment it in my Canon (LCD), but somehow I found it to be a little slow though it did work. Just to satiate my curiosity, I checked out the web for compatibility and found that the card supports the Canon Power Shot SD400, Panasonic LC80, Nikon CoolPix and many other digital cameras. I also found out that the card does not work with MP3 players (trivia for you guys out there).
I would say that I am happy with my Viking Flash Card, which I find is very reliable and an good product for the price.
