He used this camera to take the most amazing photos (and video) of the spectacular and dramatic scenary around Khandahar where he was stationed. This camera help up miraculously well and continued taking beautiful photos the entire time. When he got back and I saw his pictures, I wanted this camera for myself. But I couldn't afford it. This is the second compact camera I have purchased. I really think this is the best one. The only problem I found is the battery, since it only lasts like 60 minutes.
