The Best Nintendo Console Yet!
This game console has to be, without a doubt, one of Nintendo's best. The nintendo DS displays perfectly the full potential of its makers, and I don't think it could be any better!
The Nintendo DS has two screens, one is a regular screen, and the other is a touch screen. The touch screen is one of the best features of the DS, in my opinion. It allows for double the game-play, which lets you have double the fun.
When it comes to charging your DS, one thing is extremely convenient: If you have A GameBoy Advance SP, and a charging cable that plugs into the wall, then unless you plan to charge both of you consoles at once, you don't need another cable. The GBA SP and the DS have the same cable plug, so you don't need any silly adapters or any other cables.
The DS is also extremely durable. I have had mine since July, 2005, and have dropped it once (from about three feet), and I am proud to say that my DS is still working as nicely as ever.
Safety precautions should be taken, however. I carry my DS in a case WITH A STURDY HANDLE, and use screen protectors for both screens.
As far as educational value goes, there are games for the DS that promote responsibility (such as Nintendogs), and the use of you mind (Meteos, although I am still struggling a bit with this one!)
The DS also has wonderful graphics, and so far there are no games that I have been dissatisfied with concerning the graphics. Though many people have criticized games for the DS, I believe that for a twelve-year-old like myself, there is quite a selection. I have games such as 'Yoshi Touch 'N' Go', 'Nintendogs', 'Bomberman', and 'WarioWare Touched!', and I am extremely happy with them.
Overall, the DS is my favorite console so far, and I can wholeheartedly say that if you are going to get a portable game system, this terrific Nintendo product is the perfect one for you!

PSP Sucks!
$130, $240, $130, $240.Way cheaper!$50, $30, $50, $30.Games cheaper! Some, only some, DS games might have worse grapgics, but that's not always bad!Anyway, who would want to play 3D Kirby Canvas Curse?Built in wireless, AC adapter, recharable battery, touch screen, PDA like pens, it's very durable, and it comes with wireless chat!I used to think the PSP was better, but then a friend showed me the DS, and I liked it!I'm totally getting it for Christmas!
