Acceptable product.
I only rate it at 4 stars because my monitor has a dead pixel. But I accept it as a part of the technology unfortunate as it is. Still a very nice monitor for the price.

The problem is the speakers are very under powered I have to use my original speakers with it
Good Monitor, but you would need to do some tweaking
The monitor is great, bright, and sharp. However, in my case, I had to do some tweaking in using the right hertz (better be over 70 Hz), make sure to ease up on the contrast and brighness, use the right color adjust, set the FINE TUNE setting to your own personal value instead of using default values, and lastly, make sure you use the recommended resolution. You would be surprised some people forget to do this, even if the monitor prompts them for it. Or, you can always use the Auto Image Adjust if you must.
Overall, the monitor is a great value, nicely priced at under $300, and the 8ms response time is fabulous for when I play my games. This monitor replaced my old humongous and heavy 19-inch CRT. The monitor size and small footprint pays for itself.
