Customer Reviews

Get a free unlocked Motorola RAZR V3 instead!

Why settle for less, or commit yourself to a specific cellular provider and service plan, when you can get a Free unlocked top of the line Motorola RAZR V3 cell phone that works with any cellular service provider and any SIM card. I got mine free at this web site: http://cellphone.top-deal.biz

A phone I wish I could recommend

I had the E335 for only a week and simply had to return it. It was actually very easy to use. The screen was very crisp and the functions were generally very intuitive. This perception was confirmed by a recent Consumer Reports article which gave the E335 very high marks and they ranked it as "very good" in terms of ease of use. (They also ranked other phones as "very good" . . . but note: No Nokia models! Wished I'd known given that my followup was the the hard to use 6101.)

The problem with the E335 was reception. I've tested three completely different phones (two Samsungs and a Motorola) in my apt. and all three could get one to three bars and could generally all hold a call for as long as I wanted. Not the E335. It wasn't uncommon to have zero bars. The reception was just horrible. When I called the T-Mobile rep. they said they'd been getting a number of returns on the Samsung models because they've apparently just switched to internal antennas and haven't figured out yet how to do it correctly. Too bad. Would have liked to have kept the phone.

The truth is, if you need a phone that will work in lots of places, a phone with a strong signal, you'll have to look elsewhere.

Great Value for $$$

I recently got this phone, its a really great if you desire to use it phone rather than a cool "gizmo". The reception on this phone is really excellent, this phone outperforms motorola razr when it comes to signal strength. Best feature in my opinion is the small size that can almost fit in your fist. The speaker phone volume is excellent although with a lil noise (nothing worse than any other speaker phone).
My issue with this phone is the phone book, when I copied my address list from my other SIM card it stored each phone # as a different name. I just wish I could copy my addressbook the way it was, without having to reorganize it again.
But all said and done its a great phone esp with a deal like $110 cash back.......... go for it!!!
