Only had the phone for 2 months and have a 2 yr contract. Its a real cool phone but very fragile. Bottom line: Don't drool over this phone. Great Phone!!! I have owned this phone since November and its worked out well for me. Its has a large screen and a nice selection of ringtones that already come with the phone. I still haven't been able to figure out how to get it to vibrate while its ringing though. Also, if it becomes unlit its hard to see the time on the outside screen. The only other thing is that for some reason I drop this phone easily and I'm not a clumsy person! Of all phones I've owned for some reason this one has slipped out of my hands on many occasions. But the camera is really neat, it has different effects to choose from like: black and white, negative effect, and antique. You can also take 15 second video clips and minute long audio clips. You get a nice selection of ring tones and games through Get it Now. I love this phone and highly recommend it. phone is simple to use I had this phone since December and the phone has been great,I'm not into the fancy features of the phone, my reason to get verizon was the reception and this phone as great reception plus the ring volume is loud. The only complaint I have on the phone is - the alarm on the phone does not always go off. I use the cellphone alarm as my regular morning alarm, even though the time as been set and enable the alarm doesn't go off all the time. Has this happen to anybody else?
